**Responsibilities**:

- Track and analyze global political news to assess its impact on currency exchange rates.
- Predict potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impacts.
- Monitor the company’s profit status, establish and maintain profit monitoring reports and dashboards.
- Identify and report profit anomalies, and propose improvement suggestions.
- Collect and analyze payment failure data, identify and resolve system or operational issues.
- Provide regular reports and suggest improvements to the payment process.
- Monitor sales and usage data for various company products, identifying anomalies such as sales spikes.
- Analyze the causes of anomalies, assess potential risks, and propose countermeasures.
- Monitor data from payment service providers to identify payment anomalies such as payment spikes.
- Assess the stability of payment systems and provide recommendations to reduce payment risks.
- Analyze the click-through rates and readership of articles published by the company, evaluating content impact and user engagement.
- Identify potential brand reputation risks and suggest improvements to content strategy.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Fluent in written and verbal communication skills for BM, English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., exel, google)
- Experience with big data analysis is a plus.
- Experience in the financial or payment industry is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of independently completing complex data analysis tasks.
- Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain analysis results and recommendations to non-technical team members.
- Team player with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Experience in customer service (understand customer behavior).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
