Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johor, Medini 9 for a Customer Service Quality Analyst (Mandarin/Cantonese). Qualifications

  • English proficiency B2 CEFR level or higher (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
    (verbal communication required)
  • Minimum
    1 years' experience as a
    Quality Assurance experience on papers
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data insights effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills to provide feedback and collaborate with teams
  • Attention to detail and the ability to assess service quality against standardized benchmarks
