**Responsibilities**:

- Build rapport and long term relationships with Clients while providing excellent customer service standards.
- Liaise with forwarder, shipping agent to ensure shipment is delivered on time
- To handle all shipping coordination such as customer booking, vessel booking, freight arrangement, shipping documents, bill of lading and etc.
- Create & monitor shipment arrangements (import & export) with overseas agents, customers & operations team
- Entertain customer's enquiries on product & services
- Prepare shipment quotation for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.

**Job Requirements**:

- **At least 1 - 2 years** experience in Customer Service, Logistic industry.
- Required skill(s): Customer Service, logistic, custom forms knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in (English, Mandarin, Malay)
- Result driven and self independent
- Comfortable working with different modes of communication for liaison work (Primarily Phone).
- Willing to work at **Bandar Botanic Capital, Klang**.
- **Able to start immediately is added advantage**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
