- To understand customers and plan for all communication with customers in mind-
- To carry out campaigns/promotions/events from time to time to promote and support the various new and existing products and services provided by the department. Will include tracking and reporting of campaign performance.-
- Ensure internal processes while achieving the above is observed and adhered to - including financial processes.-
- Able to express and conceptualize marketing messages well in a manner where it will be concise and customer friendly-
- Become ambassador for all related products and services by having a good grasp of offerings by the department-
- To support other activities carried out by the department and Bank as a whole to maintain name and reputation of the department/bank.- Scope of Marketing
- The scope of Marketing shall cover all aspects of the department’s products and services including:
- Corporate Internet Banking-
- Related internal e-payment solutions (Direct Debit, Auto Sweep, etc.)-
- Related external e-payment solutions including JomPay and FPX-
- BCB Deposits- Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent;-
