Responsibilities
- Plan and execute strategic sales programs to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts: wholesalers, HORECA (hotel, restaurant, café), and retailers.
- Identify new customers, onboard them, and provide product solutions (sauces, pastes, fresh produce).
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations, deliver product demos, and follow up on leads.
- Prepare and submit weekly or monthly sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate order processing, logistics scheduling, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide insights to management.
- Collect payments and follow up on credit terms in coordination with finance/admin.
- Represent the company at trade shows/expos and support promotional events.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably FMCG, food wholesale, or manufacturing.
- Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relations skills.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, with a willingness to travel within and potentially outside Johor.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and multitask between clients and territory responsibilities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
