**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare reports, documents, and general correspondence.
- Maintain and organize company files and records.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Support the team in projects, meetings, and other special tasks.

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
