Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collection, classification, archiving, and distribution of general and technical equipment documentation.
  • Assist in drafting and revising quality management system documents under the guidance of the Department Head and Quality Department.
  • Coordinate document approvals, maintain documentation records, and arrange related departmental training sessions.
  • Handle online approval workflows for engineering/service contracts, process payments, and maintain proper archiving for offline contract and construction documents.
  • Prepare and upload meeting minutes for departmental meetings.
  • Support daily administrative duties and coordinate inter-department communication as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates with Diploma or above in Business Administration, Document Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in engineering, utilities, or technical industry environments is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to handle internal documentation and communication.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records.
