Administrative & Document Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage collection, classification, archiving, and distribution of general and technical equipment documentation.
- Assist in drafting and revising quality management system documents under the guidance of the Department Head and Quality Department.
- Coordinate document approvals, maintain documentation records, and arrange related departmental training sessions.
- Handle online approval workflows for engineering/service contracts, process payments, and maintain proper archiving for offline contract and construction documents.
- Prepare and upload meeting minutes for departmental meetings.
- Support daily administrative duties and coordinate inter-department communication as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates with Diploma or above in Business Administration, Document Management, or a related field.
- Experience in engineering, utilities, or technical industry environments is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to handle internal documentation and communication.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records.
