Job Purpose:

To support the daily administrative and office operations while gaining hands-on experience in general office management. The intern will assist with documentation, filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining proper records.
  • Support in preparing and organizing documents (e.g., letters, memos, reports).
  • Help manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when needed.
  • Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements and maintain meeting room schedules.
  • Perform basic receptionist duties, including answering calls and handling enquiries.
  • Help in organizing company events, training, or staff activities.
  • Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Learning Opportunities:

Requirements:

  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1, RM1,200.00 per month
