About Our Client
Our client is a leading company in the machinery sector, committed to excellence and innovation.
What you'll be doing?- Assist in HR Functions: Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop HR Policies: Help in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle Payroll and Documentation: Manage payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Manage Office Administration: Oversee office supplies, facilities, and general operations.
- Coordinate Across Departments: Ensure smooth HR and administrative support across the company.
- Maintain Employee Records: Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Organize Company Activities: Plan and assist in organizing company events and staff welfare programs.
- Prepare HR Reports: Support management with HR planning and reporting.
- Support HR & Admin Manager: Assist in day-to-day operations and serve as backup when needed.
- Education and Experience: A Diploma/Degree in HR or related field is preferred. Relevant experience is advantageous.
- HR Knowledge: A good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Language Proficiency: Mandarin speaking is strongly preferred for frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking employees. English and Malay proficiency is a plus.
