HR Admin Assistant

We are seeking a **proactive and responsible HR & Admin Assistant** to support our daily operations and HR functions.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with general office administration and HR matters
- Support payroll, onboarding, and employee records
- Communicate and explain HR policies to employees
- Handle foreign worker matters (work permits, FOMEMA, hostel, etc.)
- Assist in license renewals and compliance matters
- Manage office maintenance, equipment servicing, and supplies
- Coordinate company events and internal staff activities
- Other duties as assigned by HR/Admin Manager
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transport
- Malaysian citizen or valid residence holder
- Immediate availability is an added advantage

- 可立即上班者优先考虑
