Our client is Paper manufacturer industry and they are looking for Payroll Specialist. They are located in Banting.

**Benefits**:

1. Process monthly payroll including generating payroll report, e-payslip from payroll system, transfer salaries and statutory payments via online banking.

2. Manage and maintain the entire HRM Score and strategic modules such as

profiling, leave, claim, attendance, appraisal etc.

3. Generate yearly EA forms and submit Form E via online.

4. Provide advisory services to employees on matters related to payroll, e
- leave or e-claims.

5. act as System Administrator for Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and to handle any enquiries related to the system.

6. Provide assistance to the Payroll & HR Services Head in checking and verifying payroll transactions, benefits administration (e-leave, e-claims and Group Insurance Scheme) and HRMS management.

7. Prepare periodic and ad-hoc HR analytics reports as and when required.

8. Liaise with government agencies such as KWSP, SOCSO and LHDN etc.

9. Handle any ad hoc assignment as and when required.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Minimum higher diploma in Human Resource/Business Degree or equivalent with minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in related field.

2. Possess excellent attitude, personality, initiative, responsible, team player

and able to work independently.

3. Well versed with Employment Act 1955 in term of calculation of payroll

related matter.

4. Language required: English,BM,Mandarin.

5. Prior experience in working with a manufacturing industry would be an

added advantage.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
