**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees, including salary computation, overtime, allowances, deductions, and bonuses.
- Prepare and submit statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB (LHDN), and HRDF in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in the HR system.
- Generate payslips and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Support annual activities such as EA form preparation and payroll audits.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks related to employee benefits, leave management, and onboarding.
- Liaise with finance and other departments for payroll-related matters.
- Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in handling employee information.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of experience in payroll is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Malaysian payroll statutory requirements.
- Experience using payroll software (e.g., SQL Payroll, AutoCount, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
