**Job Summary**:
The Telephone Operator is responsible for managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. This role ensures that insurances and customers inquiries, requests, and issues are handled promptly while maintaining the organization’s service quality standards. The operator serves as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, providing accurate information, support, and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and route all incoming calls promptly, courteously, and professionally.
- Make outgoing calls on behalf of management or as required.
- Handle and relay accurate messages in a timely manner.
- Provide information to insurances and drivers regarding the organization’s services.
- Maintain an up-to-date directory of internal extensions and contact details.
- Assist in handling emergency calls and procedures according to company policy.
- Record and maintain call logs or communication reports when necessary.
- Monitor tracker and ensure proper operation of telephone systems.
- Coordinate with other colleagues and drivers to ensure efficient communication flow.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Support the administrative team with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

**Working Conditions**:

- Standard office environment,
- May work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Requires extended periods of sitting and operating communication equipment.
- Continuous interaction via telephone and computer systems.
- May involve repetitive tasks and high call volumes during peak times.

**Experience**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or telephone support environment.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using call center systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Good typing and data entry skills.
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with customers.
- Team player with strong multitasking abilities.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
