**Summary**:
**Job Scope**:

- Monitor and update airline fare and commission information.
- Ensure timely dissemination of updated airline commission rates and promotional fares.
- Regularly update fare sheets and revise fare information based on GDS data.
- Prepare and distribute flyers as part of ongoing sales campaigns.
- Upload updated airline and promotional information to the wholesale website.
- Send invitations for B2B recruitment drives and corporate events.
- Respond to and provide quotations for B2B sales inquiries.
- Update airline information for local agents & Online Travel Agents (OTAs
- Coordinate with airline partners on special tasks including marketing initiatives, corporate programs, and special commission arrangements.
- Ad hoc task assigned by HOD.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles (travel industry preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with GDS systems like Sabre or Galileo is an added advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional mandarin languages a plus)
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to multitask, work independently, and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with a proactive and customer-focused attitude
- Fresh graduates in Tourism are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
- Office location: Fraser Business Park, Metro Pudu.
