Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
- Handle end-to-end payroll, overtime, and staff claims.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support across departments.
- Extensive experience in administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies.
- Ensure effective communication with the HR team and other departments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and HR systems
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

Work Location: In person
