**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the execution of structural fabrication and installation works, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and schedule.
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities, manpower, materials, and equipment required for structural construction tasks.
- Ensure that work is executed in accordance with engineering drawings, method statements, and relevant construction procedures.
- Monitor productivity and progress of structural works and initiate corrective actions where necessary to maintain project targets.
- Interface with QA/QC, HSE, and engineering teams to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for execution of specialized construction tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure structural integrity and construction quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, progress tracking, and workforce utilization.
- Support project management in resolving technical or site-related issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 12 years of experience** in **heavy construction** for **offshore oil & gas structural works**, specifically involving **onshore/offshore facilities** of similar **magnitude and complexity**.
- **Recent experience in a similar capacity as a Superintendent** or as a **Senior Supervisor (more than 5 years)** in **onshore construction** (fabrication and/or installation).
- Strong knowledge of steel structures, fabrication practices, offshore standards, and construction methods.
- Ability to interpret complex structural drawings and specifications.
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a high-pressure project environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with international standards and codes applicable to offshore structural works (e.g., API, AWS, ISO).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,816.58 - RM10,000.00 per month
