**Position name: Store Supervisor (Cold Room)**

**Location: Ampang (Will move to Kajang in August)**

**Company business: Frozen Food supplier**

**Working hours**:
**Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm**

**Alternate Saturday 8.00am - 2.00pm**
- **Long time working inside coldroom**:

- Monitor and ensure all subordinates (drivers) are following company’s assigned tasks, policies, rules and regulations, and maintain good relationship with subordinates. Immediately escalation to management is required if there is any issue.
- Maintain and ensure company properties such as trucks are in good condition and meet all safety requirements. Immediate escalation to management is required if there is any issue such as service or repair needed.
- Perform and supervise daily outbound operation tasks such as pick, pack, and any other assigned tasks and ensure on time delivery, product & quantity accuracy and product quality.
- Prepare and arrange product delivery schedule and labour tasks in daily basis according to customer orders and number of labour.
- Work together with Warehouse team to conduct product cycle count tasks and maintain high level of inventory accuracy within key performance indicator (KPI).
- Ensure all inbound and outbound transactions are accurately and timely updated in company system.
- Work closely with sales and purchasing department to assist on monitoring stock balance to ensure smooth business operation to avoid loss of sales.
- Constantly identify the supply chain issues and propose improvement areas needed to enhance efficiency and productivity as well as optimize warehouse capacity utilization.
- Prepare daily inventory and discrepancy reports and review the reports with management in weekly basis.
- Monitor and maintain the trucks orderliness and cleanliness at all time and responsible to ensure all trucks are serviced timely (report needed).
- Act as backup to come back to warehouse to check or start the backup batteries whenever there is an electricity cut-off or alarm goes off issue (including weekend).
- Perform warehouse opening and closing according to company policies.
- Conduct preventive check before and after using trucks, and maintain the cleanliness at all time.
- Conduct Employee Performance Evaluation (EPE) and review employee performance together with top management at least twice a year - tentatively in June and December.
- Able to speak Malay, English, Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
