The Store Retail Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the retail store. This leadership position involves overseeing daily activities, managing a team of staff, and fostering a positive work environment. The primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

- Minimum diploma in a related field, providing a foundational understanding of retail management principles.
- Proven track record in a retail supervisory or similar leadership role, demonstrating a solid understanding of retail operations.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a team towards achieving both individual and collective goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Manage and coordinate the activities of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide guidance and direction to the store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Set and monitor sales targets, implementing strategies to achieve and exceed goals.
- Track and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate replenishment orders.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Oversee product displays and arrangement to optimize visual appeal and maximize sales opportunities.
- Generate and analyze relevant reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Address challenges and obstacles promptly, finding effective solutions to enhance store performance. Support inventory integrity by managing inbound and outbound transfers, performing weekly cycle counts, and send-outs. Follow procedures for damages, returns, and other product issues that could jeopardize inventory integrity

**What is expected of you**:

- Adaptability to the dynamic nature of the retail industry, including a willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Understanding of retail products, trends, and the ability to train and develop staff on product information.
- Commitment to ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising techniques to optimize product displays and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
