1. Be responsible for the customs clearance of the company's import and export goods, including preparing and submitting relevant documents.

2. Communicate with customs, logistics, warehousing companies and relevant departments such as internal business, operation and commerce to ensure the smooth customs clearance of goods.

3. Monitor and track the progress of customs declaration, and handle possible problems in a timely manner.

4. Maintain customs declaration records and documents, settle and reconcile accounts in a timely manner, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all materials.

5. Be responsible for handling emergencies such as customs clearance and inspection, promptly feedback to customers and relevant personnel of the company, and provide solutions;
6. Cooperate with superiors to complete the department's business planning and finish other tasks assigned by superiors;
Job Requirements:
1. International Trade, logistics management, and English majors are preferred;
2. Proficient in operating various office software;
3. Possess certain communication and problem-solving skills;
4. Fluent in Chinese&English&Malay, capable of using them as working languages (a necessary condition);
5. Have relevant experience.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
