Research and Analyze
- Plan and conduct Market Research / Study to understand the market environment, internally and externally.
- Analyze data collected from Market Research / Study and determine the SWOT, Competition, PESTEL and etc.

Strategise and Planning
- Determine the Brand Direction or Brand Guidelines if it does not have one.
- Develop a Branding Strategy that is in line with the Brand Direction / DNA.
- Detailing the Marketing Mix to ensure it is in line with the pre-determined branding strategy.
- Create a Marketing Plan that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share.

Implementation
- Presents the Marketing Plan to Principal Office at internal meetings and obtain approval.
- Leading the brand internally by making sure everyone in the company understands and aligned to the brand direction.

Evaluation
- Responsible for the sales performance and overall well-being of the brand.
- Assists all countries and ensure that sales budgets are met or on-track.
- Re-strategise if needed.

Merchandising and Product Development
- Work closely with Merchandiser and analyze Product Sell-through Reports and find opportunities in further strengthening the MMM with Brand Manager.
- Working closely with RandD and Merchandising of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met.

Store Development (VM)
- Work closely with the Store Development Team to develop Merchandising Display Plan and Planogram for new products. (Module)
- Check and sign-off all VM Guidelines presented by Store Development team.

Store Development (ID)
- Work with Store Development team to pre-plan a Fit-Out Guideline or Renovation Guideline.
- Check and sign-off all Store Layout and ID presented by Store Development team.

Marketing Communication
- Working closely with Marcom to develope effective marketing communication campaign that aligns correctly with the overall branding strategy.
