We seek an experienced and highly results-driven Brand Manager to oversee today's fastest-growing running and outdoor brands. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director, you are responsible for driving the overall equity and business planning of key brands under your portfolio. Oversee assigned brands for Malaysia markets covering multiple sales channels, including sporting goods retailers, speciality running stores, speciality outdoor retailers, lifestyle retailers and e-commerce channels. Work closely with brand principals to develop an annual marketing plan to drive aggressive brand exposure, channel growth, sales and profitability. Responsible for 360-degree brand marketing, including local activations, traditional and digital communications, events planning and sponsorships, and identifying and selecting athletes, brand ambassadors and KOLs. Formulate pricing strategies, product assortment planning and inventory management to achieve target GP%. Build strong rapport and open communication with channel partners and all other stakeholders. Provide advice to create an optimal retail brand experience through VM change and regular store visits. Conduct seasonal product training and share market trends and competitor analysis with retailers and stakeholders. Analyse sales results and prepare management reports for monthly reporting to top management. Build a strong and sustainable relationship with internal and external team members, trade partners and stakeholders. Any other tasks assigned by the Director. Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or relevant business-related course. Minimum of (5) years related experience in brand management for sports/lifestyle/consumer products. Proven ability in 360-degree brand management. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Analytical, organised and possess an eye for detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and relationship management skills. Able to travel overseas for business, sales and market visits. Interest in outdoor sports or interest in learning the technical aspects of products would be an added advantage.
