REQUIREMENTS '¢ Possess at least a diploma and privilege given to those who have the qualification in the related fields. '¢ Working experience in similar job scope will be added advantage. '¢ Good interpersonal / communication skills with a range of stakeholders. '¢ Good planning skills and time management. '¢ Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. '¢ Reporting to Facility Manager. JOB DESCRIPTION '¢ Provide the first-line contact for facilities function for all internal and external customers/contractors '¢ Manage all external providers, e.g. maintenance provider(s), cleaning, air conditioning etc. '¢ Co-ordination of all premises work, and engage the necessary service providers, to include planned and responsive maintenance, refurbishment, redecoration, office moves, and the provision of furniture and office equipment '¢ Manage key and lock changes to offices, including ordering of supplies '¢ Responsible for security matters including alarms, access controls systems, CCTV '¢ Respond effectively to all queries and complaints regarding premises/hostels, using effective listening, questioning, and problem-solving skills '¢ Carry out daily walk rounds, ensuring the premises/hostels are in good order, taking notice of any defects. Coordinate follow up on action items '¢ Review and make recommendations to maintain premises, maintaining accurate records as required e.g. records of hostels, fire extinguishers etc. '¢ Liaise with building contractors to follow through on approved work '¢ Occasional attendance outside regular working hours may be required IPK College is a multiple international award-winning college which operate under ISO compliant. environment.
