Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payment and incoming.
- Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems - while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors and tax agents
- Cooperate & liaise with banker, government authority department, tax department, and other stakeholder.
- Master the lifecycle of an e-invoice, from creation and validation, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring that all financial information is accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries
- Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual account reconciliations
- Handle of monthly accounting closing and up to date management reports
- Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure that the company has enough cash on hand to meet its financial obligations
- Working capital management
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- This includes creating budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and analyzing financial statements.
- Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the management
- Lead and manage a team of financial personnel including accounts assistant.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required Skill(s): Accounting system (e.g. AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel
- Working hour: _**Monday-Friday (8:00am-5.00pm)**_
