Account Assistant, you will:
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.

LHDN e-Invoices: Prepare and submit electronic invoices to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN).

Purchasing: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and payment.

Payroll Processing: Assist in the preparation and distribution of employee salaries.

Statutory Payments: Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and PCB.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

General Accounting Support: Assist in month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and other ad-hoc accounting tasks.

**Salary**: RM 2,300 - RM 2,700 per month

*Key Responsibilities*

As an Account Assistant, you will:
*Accounts* Payable & Receivable: Manage and process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.

*LHDN e-Invoices*: Prepare and submit electronic invoices to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN).

**Requirements**:
Education: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in an accounting or finance role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

*Languages*: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of *Mandarin & Tamil* is an advantage.

*Personal Attributes*: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
