Accounts Assistant

To handle accounts receivables / account payables
- Prepare accounting entries and maintain accurate accounting records
- Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents, transactions and filing support all accounting entries and compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Perform daily general and administrative duties and process with petty cash and claims settlement or reimbursement
- Responsible for administrative support including data entry, and monitor all relevant document
- To handle correspondence with customers / suppliers and authorities or any 3rd parties
- Assist in full set of account timely reported to GST/SST submission
- Assist Account Executive in the analysis and extraction of various accounting data for reporting to management
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and other accounting projects assigned
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
