**Primary Responsibilities**

This is a crucial role within the In
- Country (Malaysia) Operations Department.
- Ensuring the efficient and cost
- effective movement, storage, and distribution of products.
- Responsible for the management and monitoring performance of transport service providers and in
- house driver/ fleet.
- Tracking deliveries daily and ensuring customer satisfaction is always on the upside.
- Ensure cost efficient and timely last mile and intercity transport planning, deliveries, and reverse logistics.
- Work alongside current 3rd party warehouse to optimize cost, service and set forward plans for improvement.
- Managing POD returns with the team.

Constantly challenge the work processes to reduce the cycle time and increase productivity.
