Customer Service Executive

**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates / entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge/ experience in SAP and B2B System is an added advantage.
- Possess good interpersonal, communications and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills on data input and system access.
- Able to work under tight deadline.
- Good command of written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Microsoft knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
**Responsibilities**:
- Fully support in the overall sales operation
- Processing of customers Purchase Orders, issuance of Sales order, invoices / bills with accuracy and timeliness.
- Orders acknowledgement, track & trace all customers’ changes request & update in the system.
- Liaise closely with logistic team to fulfil customer’s requested delivery date.
- Verify all returns / rejection and issuance of CN on time
- On time filing and tracking of all Proof of Deliveries together with PO/ SO/ Invoice
- Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork with the Sales, Finance and Logistic Team.
- To undertake any other duties as and when assigned by the Company.
