**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage **delivery schedules** to ensure **on-time, accurate, and efficient shipments** to customers.
- Liaise and collaborate closely with **Sales, Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Quality** teams to support smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain **weekly logistics and supply chain reports**, including but not limited to:

- Stock Aging Report
- Costing Model Report
- Overdue Order Report
- Credit Hold Report
- Delivery Failure Report
- Other relevant operational reports as required
- Ensure **accuracy, completeness, and compliance** of all logistics documentation, including **Delivery Orders, Shipping Documents, and Invoices**.
- Oversee **transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations** to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high service quality.
- Monitor **inventory levels** to prevent shortages or overstock situations and ensure optimal stock turnover.
- Handle and resolve **customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery-related issues** promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for **process improvement** within logistics and supply chain functions.
- Support **ad hoc projects, audits, and administrative tasks** as assigned by the management or supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Degree** in **Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration**, or a related field.
- Minimum **3 years of working experience** in **logistics, supply chain operations, or planning** (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Strong **attention to detail** with excellent **organizational, analytical, and documentation** skills.
- Good command of **Bahasa Malaysia** and **English**, both spoken and written.
- A **team player** with strong **communication and interpersonal** skills to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Able to work **independently**, prioritize multiple tasks, and perform well in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Experience with **ERP or inventory management systems** will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
