Join our client, the largest F&B retail group in Malaysia as a Regional Executive, Supply Chain (Procurement & Sourcing) You'll play a key role in driving regional procurement operations, ensuring smooth sourcing, timely delivery, and strong supplier relationships across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders; track deliveries for on-time fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on order status, lead times, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in obtaining and comparing quotations for cost and quality evaluation.
  • Maintain sourcing bank and product catalogues.
  • Collaborate with Finance, QA, and Operations for seamless processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
  • 1 - 2 years procurement/sourcing experience in F&B, FMCG, or retail.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel; ERP/procurement system experience preferred (SAP, Oracle).
  • Flexible, results-oriented, and able to adapt to fast-changing environments.
