**Role Description**

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing various marketing channels, and contributing to overall brand strategy. This individual should possess strong communication skills, be proficient in content creation, and have a solid understanding of digital marketing trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the growth of assigned product lines through effective execution and innovative problem-solving
- Responsible for Marketing activities and other Branding-related tasks for the products/brands in charge. (event, livestream )
- Manage contents on fan pages, Groups, IG, TikTok, and other Social channels.
- Identify, contact, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers in line with company brand image.
- Analyze customer information to understand their needs, interests, and adjust content marketing strategies accordingly.
- Implement other tasks from the line manager.

- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to express ideas clearly and collaboratively.
- Good time management and organizational skills; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Creative thinker with a positive attitude toward feedback and personal growth.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and an openness to learning new tools and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree is welcomed but not a must — we value mindset and attitude over academic background.
- A practical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges efficiently

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Basic Salary: MYR 2,400- 2,800 (based on qualifications and experience)
- Monthly bonuses and allowances (100-500)

**Working Hours**:
Mon - Fri

09:00 am - 6:00 pm

On-site: Ara Damansara, 5 mins walking from LRT Lembah Subang
Allowed to WFH for certain days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
