We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition** to join our growing team in Johor Bahru. This role is ideal for individuals with **2- 3 years of experience** in recruitment or human resources

You will be responsible for managing the **entire recruitment cycle**, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. If you enjoy connecting with people and are driven by results, we offer an **uncapped commission structure** with excellent growth opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination and onboarding support
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and communications
- Communicate effectively in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**

**Requirements**:

- **Possess 2-3 years of working experience** in recruitment, HR, or related roles
- Fluent in **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (both spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Outgoing, self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
