Job Responsibilities:

  • Job Sourcing: Utilize various methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Candidate Assessment: Administer assessments or tests as necessary to evaluate candidate skills and suitability for specific roles.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice through compelling job postings, social media presence, and participation in recruitment events.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
  • Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and make data-driven decisions.
