Business Analysis
- Analyze and document business requirements for finance-related projects.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

**Project Management Support**
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and managing projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to budgets.

**Solution Development**
- Identify and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.
- Work with technical teams to develop and implement solutions.

**System Implementation & Support**
- Work with IT teams to implement, configure, and maintain financial systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Conduct and support system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.

Train end-users and provide ongoing support for finance systems.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Serve as a liaison between finance, IT, and other business units.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for financial and operational performance.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and user manuals. Job

**Requirements**:
- Degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.
- At least 5 years of related experience in GL, bookkeeping, month-end closing or full set account.
- Proven experience in financial systems implementation (Lead consultant), project management, management of financial systems and process improvements.
- Strong communication skills to engage different stakeholder levels.
- Driven, with a strong focus on delivering results in a timely manner.
- Adaptable to attend to ad-hoc requests and fluid requirements.
- Good presentation skills.
- Project management experience is a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
