We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst with strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or Student Information Systems (SIS) to support large-scale education domain projects. This role involves collaborating with academic and administrative stakeholders, analyzing business needs, and ensuring successful system enhancements and implementations.

Role Overview

The Systems Analyst will gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, support system configuration, coordinate UAT, and work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and performance of SIS/Campus Solutions modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across admissions, academic records, curriculum, and student financials
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
  • Perform system gap analysis and recommend improvements
  • Support SIS configuration, reporting requirements, and workflow validation
  • Coordinate UAT activities including test case creation and defect tracking
  • Provide inputs for data migration, system integration, and documentation
  • Assist in change management, training, and post-go-live support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Banner, or any SIS platform (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of academic structures & student lifecycle processes
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and BA documentation
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, JIRA, and collaboration tools

  • Background in higher education or public sector projects
  • Exposure to middleware, integrations, or analytics tools
