Human Resources Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
- Assist in payroll processing, manage staff claims, allowances, benefits, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws, maintain HR policies, contracts, and employee handbooks.
- Address employee concerns professionally and organize initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Identify employee training needs, coordinate development programs, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
**Requirements**:
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an added advantage.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the car rental, automotive, or service industry.
- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll administration, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for employee engagement and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
