Job Title: Customer Service cum Customer Relations Internship
Job Description: Carshifu is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service cum Customer Relations Intern. This internship opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience in the automotive industry while allowing you to develop and enhance your customer service and relationship management skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving any issues or concerns they may have regarding their vehicle, products, or services.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Carshifu's offerings, including vehicle features, pricing, promotions, and service options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer experience.
- Assist in maintaining customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in customer service to provide relevant insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
**Requirements**:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of the automotive industry and a willingness to learn more about car models, features, and technologies.
Previous customer service or customer-facing experience is a plus.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays, as required.
