- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm (5.5 days)

**1) Front Desk & Customer Service**
- Greet, register, and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide basic information and direct customers to the appropriate staff or department.

**2) Appointment & Scheduling Management**
- Arrange, confirm, and update customer appointments.
- Coordinate, maintain & key in daily job schedules for technicians, worker & Project teams.
- Follow up with customers on appointment reminders or rescheduling.

**3) Administrative Support**
- Receive, log, and distribute parcels, documents, and letters for multiple companies.
- Perform data entry, filing, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Handle basic office admin tasks such as stationery tracking, office upkeep, and inventory checks.
- Assist the management team with ad-hoc administrative duties.

**4) General Office Coordination**
- Ensure front desk area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support day-to-day office operations and assist colleagues when required.

**Job Requirements**

1) SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

2) At least 1 year of experience in front desk, admin, or customer service (fresh graduates may apply).

3) Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (optional).

4) Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and well-organized.

5) Able to multitask, work independently, and handle a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
