**Responsibilities**
- He/She works in a fluid and collaborative environment using Mandarin for social media and partner with other DM focusing on English Sales and Marketing/
- He/She supports the basic intent of increasing brand awareness, generating leads, converting sales as well as fostering customer loyalty
- He/she has strong interpersonal and communication skills, is imaginative, inventive and capable of working independently under time constraints

1. Drive digital marketing campaigns
- Used digital platforms that strengthen the inbound marketing efforts of the organization
- Run digital campaigns in Chinese under XIAO HONG SHU and other platform

2. Drive social media marketing campaigns
- Use social media marketing strategies
- Use Canva to manage social commerce and create content for websites, blogs, vlogs, e-newletters, and or other digital channels
- Review and handle comments on social media platforms for leads generation.
- Requires strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead generating experience and actively look for new sales prospects on Facebook, LinkedIn Sales and other social media

3. Sales via Marketing
- Arrange meetings with prospective customers and pay attention to their concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

**What to expect **
- Basic PAID Training for one month
- You will work closely with our Asia Team. After 3 to 6 months, you will be ready for your position as Regularized Staff. During your career, the training will continue to address new developments and prepare you for the next step.

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday - 8:15am - 5:30pm
- Can travel to Singapore once a week

**Requirement**
- Graduates of BS in Marketing / BS in Mass Communication /
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and Basic English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Expertise with Canva and Video editing
- The capacity of independent effort and self-motivation to hit commission that is higher than your basic salary.
- Those who can start immediately will have an advantage
- Self-starter who brings both interpersonal skills and creative problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to a fast-growing company
