**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Provide administrative support to Marketing Department including managing all files and documents, keeping record of minutes of meeting and stationeries supplies.

2. Responsible to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaign.

3. To manage brand and marketing initiatives.

4. Perform market and client research.

5. Create reports on marketing performance.

6. Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.

7. Assist with social media and website content.

8. Attend trade shows & company events.

9. Organize and manage marketing collateral.

10. Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues.

11. Assist in all matters pertaining to government agencies and authorities.

12. Assist agents in commission preparation.

13. Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
2. One year of Sales & Marketing related work experience is required for this position.

3. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

4. Computer literate & proficient with Microsoft Office software.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

7. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

8. Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia

9. Possess own transport.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
