BIM CENTER OF EXPERTISE

In this role, you will be working with experts from the Singapore technical team who handle various types of projects. Have new exposure to new technologies, Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and full BIM ecosystem. Learn the best BIM practice according to Building Construction Authority standards. Working with pioneer IDD in Singapore, you will expand your knowledge in Virtual Design Construction.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- To model all element as per design intent & construction specs.
- To highlight clashes of the model to coordinator/manager.
- To prepare detail model for 2D shop drawing submissions and site use.
- To annotate model views by adding dimensions, tags, legends, schedules, etc.
- To make tags and create 2D families to make the perfect drawing with all the right information on it and guarantee a smooth-running project.
- Report to the manager/coordinator in charge and perform work task assigned
- Monitor modelling/update drawing/inform manager/coordinator if there are any changes
- Input finishing with more details (if any)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to report to work at KL Eco City.
- Able to manage the task with minimum guidance

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proficient in Autodesk Revit / Bentley OpenBuilding (Aecosim)
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Architecture, Engineering, or other course related to Building Construction
- Able to work independently
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is encouraged to apply.
- Experienced in high-rise project such as residential, hotel, office tower, etc.
- Experienced either in Structure / Architecture / M&E.

FIXED BENEFITS:

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
