Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from project initiation to closure, ensuring successful implementation of ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Facilitate communication between development teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.
- Work closely with senior developers to understand the technical aspects of the project and make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager overseeing the development of ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with.NET language
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Project management: 3 years (preferred)
- ERP systems: 4 years (preferred)
