Overall responsible for the proper planning, implementation and coordinating of all projects including monitoring of project progress and timely completion of project deliverables
- Responsible for monitoring project milestones and ensuring project progress claims are raise in timely manner including initiating follow up action to ensure collections are prompt and projects are profitable
- To perform product demonstration to prospect and client
- To assist in scoping customer requirement and needs for IT enable solutions
- To learn up the clients industry challenges and knowledge in order to provide the correct IT solutions to solve their challenges and needs.
- To propose industry best practices in deploying the solutions to the customer
- Attend to customer's queries, requests and complaints in a tactful and professional manner

Job Requirement
- Good command of both written and spoken English, able to read and speak Mandarin will be added advantage
- A good team player and committed to self-development and growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Articulate, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in ERP software is an added advantageous.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Products.
- Meticulous, analytical and able to identify customer issues and address the issues tactfully
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in Project Planning and Implementation / in a similar work experiences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
