We are seeking an Enthusiastic, Awesome and Adventurous HR Intern to join our Human Resources Department for March or April As HR Intern, you will learn and explore behind the scene HR department in day-to-day operations at GPL Group. **During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas**: - Exposure to event management by assisting in planning and co-ordination of departmental events. - Perform administrative tasks. - Handle payroll related matter - To handle enquiries and other ad-hoc duties. **What you bring to the table**: - Good to excellent academic achievement. - Good to excellent English language skills. - Ability to work in a team. - Openness to diversity **Job Description: -** - Support and assist the team in overall Human Resources, Operational and Administration tasks. Ensure proper documentation, accuracy in handling HR documentation. - To assist the payroll personnel to coordinate and compile payroll related documents. - Support recruitment activities and execution to support company’s operations growth. - Assisting in organizing company events and activities. - Assisting in onboarding activities for new hires. - Assist in developing and maintaining confidential reports and metrics. - Coordinate and arranges meetings, reserves facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings. - Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior. - Ensure proper assignment is carry out on times. **Requirements**: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Good hands-on skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Able to work collaboratively with others. - Good team player, positive attitude, motivated, and eager to learn. - Able to commit for minimum duration of 3-8 months. - Possess own transport. - Wiling to work at Solaris Mont Kiara. Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,150.00 per month Schedule: - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
