**Job Summary**:
As an HR Intern, you will have to provide assistance to our HR department in day-to-day operations. You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including recruitment, employee engagement and employee training and development.

**Job Details**:

- Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants.
- Manage job advertisements on job portals and performing related follow-up
- Assist the HR team in organizing Company events.
- Update and maintain non
- confidential databases and files
- Assist in employee training and development matters
- Assist in employee engagement and internship program
- Assist with special projects as needed

- Understand Human Resource overall function & operations
- Understand the general HR processes, policies & guidelines
- Understand the environment of a Corporate in general and in an Asset /Investment Management firm in particular

**What does it take to be an HR intern?**
- Highly self-motivated and an effective team player.
- Ability to work independently under general supervision.
- Good written and spoken skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
