**Job Descriptions**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the purchasing process, including sourcing, vendor selection, price negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize holding costs, and prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to review vendor quotations and conduct thorough price comparisons.
- Maintain and monitor existing contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance and timely renewal.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors, conducting due diligence, and establishing mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and handle any back orders efficiently. Proactively address delivery-related challenges to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, from sourcing and requisitions to the delivery of goods.
- Utilize your strong negotiation skills to secure competitive prices without compromising product quality. Strive to achieve cost optimization while maintaining excellent supplier relationships.

**Qualification**
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, with at least 9 years of experience in F&B or Retail industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in using purchasing and inventory management software.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
