The Administrative Assistant provides essential day-to-day support to the Office Manager and contributes to the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves a range of administrative, logístical, and coordination tasks to ensure effective business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Training Support**:
Assist in the preparation of training materials, including class setup, course registration, and related documentation.
- **Documentation & Filing**:
Maintain an organized filing system—both digital and physical—for easy retrieval and secure record-keeping.
- **Logistics Coordination**:
Arrange logistics for learners and staff as required, including travel and accommodation coordination when applicable.
- **HRD Corp Submissions**:
- **Vendor & Credit Management**:
Assist in vendor registration processes and manage weekly GWO credits purchase and learner registrations.
- **Office Administration**:
Carry out daily administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, and procurement of office supplies and stationery.
- **Reception Duties**:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors. Handle call transfers, mail distribution, and consignment handling.
- **Team Support**:
Collaborate closely with team members and managers to support individual and collective performance goals.
- **Other Duties**:
Perform additional tasks or ad hoc assignments as delegated by the Office Manager or other superiors.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
