We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager with a fine dining background to lead our Pepper team to the highest standards of excellence.

**Job Summary**
The Outlet Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, service quality, and profitability of Pepper. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for fine dining, and the ability to inspire and manage a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain and uphold fine dining service standards in line with brand expectations.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu presentation, food quality, and service excellence.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to achieve budgeted financial performance.
- Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage for operational needs.
- Develop and implement service procedures and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate and manage private dining events and special promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and budgeting.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
