~Assist in identifying out-of-specification, deviations and quality problems of products, materials, packaging and utilities. ~Collect data required for validation activities aligned with the standard operating procedures (SOPs). ~Conduct daily in-process quality control (QC) inspections at production lines. ~Document and report sampling conditions, testing activities and results. ~Perform inspections and testing samples of products across all stages of of production. ~Maintain accuracy of inspection reports and other equipment report. ~Perform routine calibration and maintenance of equipment. ~Prepare samples, standards and solutions. ~Prepare and maintain test data for review.
