**Principal Accountabilities**:
3. Application processing; basic products only (renewals)

4. Ensure the highest quality of service is provided at all times, with strict adherence to agreed service levels.

5. Be an ambassador for ACCA treating all internal and external customers with respect and in a professional manner at all times.

6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of current customer processes and procedures.

**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
