HR & Payroll Executive (Indonesia Support)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations for Indonesian office and factory staff, including onboarding, employee records management, attendance, and leave administration.
- Manage the entire payroll cycle for Indonesian employees by accurately calculating salaries, overtime, benefits, bonuses, statutory deductions, and ensuring timely payments.
- Ensure HR practices and payroll administration are fully compliant with Indonesian labor laws and regulations; stay updated on legislation changes.
- Support the recruitment and selection process for all levels of staff in Indonesia, in close collaboration with management and relevant stakeholders.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, labor law compliance, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions where necessary.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support training & development programs for Indonesian employees.
- Prepare regular HR and payroll reports for management, and assist in internal and external audits as required.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as payroll providers, statutory bodies, and insurance companies related to Indonesian operations.
- Serve as a key liaison between Malaysia HQ and Indonesia sites, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of HR initiatives.
- Support any ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required by management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR and payroll experience, preferably supporting multinational operations.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law, payroll system, taxation, and social security requirements.
- Experience handling HR operations for both office and factory environments is highly desirable.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; excellent MS Office skills.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and demonstrated ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team across borders.
- Previous experience supporting remote locations is an advantage.
